To finish the home, we need to tie in the onsite mechanicals and electrical. The electricity is run to the main panel, the furnace, air to air exchanger, water heater, lights and smoke detector. The fresh water lines and sewer drops are connected. The heating ducts, furnace and air conditioner are installed to wrap up the completions of your new home.
